ZhenAn International Co., Limited is a vertically integrated ferroalloy manufacturer headquartered in Anyang, Henan - one of China's most established metallurgical production hubs. Since our founding, we have focused exclusively on the smelting, processing, and global distribution of ferrosilicon, silicon metal, electrolytic manganese, vanadium pentoxide, ferrotitanium, and ferrovanadium.

We operate two manufacturing sites covering 30,000 m², equipped with submerged arc furnaces, crushing and screening lines, and hydrometallurgical processing facilities. Our in-house quality control infrastructure includes two analytical laboratories and a metallurgical materials testing center, enabling full-spectrum chemical composition analysis, particle size verification, and impurity profiling before any shipment leaves our facility.

With an annual production and sales volume exceeding 150,000 metric tons, ZhenAn serves over 100 markets worldwide - from steelmakers in Japan and South Korea to foundries in Germany and Brazil, from specialty alloy producers in India to infrastructure projects across the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Our Products

Silicon Metal

Grades 553 / 441 / 3303 / 2202 / 1101 / 1501. Particle sizes from 0–1 mm powder to 10–100 mm lumps. Used across aluminum aloying, silicone production, and electronics-grade polysilicon feedstock.

Ferro Silicon

FeSi75, FeSi72, FeSi70, FeSi65. Standard grades for steel deoxidation and continuous casting; customized formulations available for foundry inoculation.

Electrolytic Manganese Flakes

99. 7% Mn minimum, with tightly controled C, S, and P impurities. Preferred by stainless steel and high-strength low-aloy (HSLA) steel producers.

Vanadium Pentoxide Flakes

V2 O5 98% and 99% grades for ferrovanadium smelting and specialty steel microaloying.

Ferrotitanium

FeTi30, FeTi40, FeTi70. Used as a deoxidizer and grain refiner across carbon steel, stainless steel, and a loy steel production.

Ferrovanadium

FeV50, FeV80. Key aloying agent for high-strength structural steels and tool steels.
