In order to better modify the inclusions in steel, a study on Al and FeSiAl deoxidized cold heading steel fed with SiCaBa cored wire was conducted in a 250 kg non-vacuum induction furnace, and a comparative experiment on SiCa cored wire was conducted. The results show that the effect of feeding SiCaBa cored wire is better than that of feeding SiCa cored wire. It is manifested in: the total oxygen content of the molten steel can be balanced more quickly; the total oxygen content of the molten steel and the inclusion area are reduced; the deoxidation product changes from Al2O3 to mCaO*nAl2O3 or CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 composite inclusions, and is almost completely globalized.
