Products Description
The CaFe cored wire is mainly composed of 25-35% calcium particles and the rest iron powder. This mixture is used as the cored material and the outer layer is wrapped with strip steel. CaFe cored wire has the characteristics of wear resistance, heat resistance and stable performance, and its product quality is usually guaranteed.
The CaFe cored wire is mainly used for deoxidation and desulfurization in the steelmaking process. It can effectively remove oxygen and sulfur from molten steel and reduce oxide and sulfide inclusions, thus improving the purity and mechanical properties of steel. When the CaFe cored wire is used to treat molten steel, the molten steel reaction is stable, secondary oxidation is avoided, the floating rate of inclusions is fast, and the purification is uniform, which significantly improves the alloy yield, reduces the alloy consumption, reduces the steelmaking cost and has remarkable economic benefits.
