The experimental study of the preparation of manganese tetroxide under different catalyst systems was explored using electrolytic manganese flakes as raw materials. The experimental results show that when ammonium chloride or hydrochloric acid is used as catalyst alone, the reaction time is longer, but the particle size of the product is finer, and the yield of raw materials is the highest when the ammonium chloride catalytic system is used.

1.A V,Mn alloyed β-phase solidified high Nb-TiAl alloy and preparation method thereof, which belongs to the field of alloy technology. The molar percentage of the elements is: 43%~45% Al, 5~15% Nb, not higher than 0.5% V, not higher than 1.0% Mn and the remaining Ti and unavoidable impurities. According to the composition, the raw material is formed by briquetting, and the titanium sponge is placed on the inner edge of the mould during briquetting, and then the high-purity aluminium layer, aluminium-niobium intermediate alloy layer, electrolytic manganese flake, aluminium-vanadium intermediate alloy layer and titanium sponge layer are placed in layers from bottom to top. The briquetting is put into the water-cooled copper crucible vacuum induction suspension melting furnace that can be centrifugally poured, and the melt is smelted by vacuum smelting, so that the melt is mixed evenly; The melt is cast into a preheated and centrifugally rotated metal mould for centrifugal rotary casting, and cooled with the furnace. TiAl alloys with uniform and fine structure without obvious segregation were obtained.
