High Level Metal Ferro Manganese

Ferro manganese slag glass-ceramic and preparation method thereof. It is made of ferromanganese slag (30~50%), waste broken glass (10~30%) powder compound (20~40%), which is crushed, batched, mixed, melted, molded, annealed, nuclearized crystallized and cold-processed. The main components of the product are: SiO2 (50~57%), Fe2O3 (0.1~1.0%), Al2O3 (3~5%), CaO (20~26%), MgO (8~11%), MnO2 (3.2~5.0%), Na2O (4~7%). It can be widely used in wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials or building decoration materials on construction.

1.A new blast furnace-refining furnace smelting medium and low carbon ferro manganese process, the melting pool temperature of the refining furnace is controlled at 1650 °C-1750 °C, which is characterized by the blast furnace ferromanganese liquid heat into the iron mixing furnace to heat up to 1450 °C-1550 °C, mixed with the refining furnace to blow oxygen for decarburization, the early oxygen supply intensity is 2.5-3.0m3 (min·t)-1, the middle argon-oxygen mixed blowing, the oxygen supply intensity is 0.8-1.0m3 (min·t)-1, the later stage of oxygen blowing argon reduction operation, The endpoint temperature is controlled at 1750°C-1800°C.It can make full use of the poor manganese ore resources to organize production, realize hot delivery and hot charging, low energy consumption, high production efficiency, and high manganese yield.
