1.Vanadium nitrogen is available in two different sizes. The first is vanadium nitrogen 12 and the other is vanadium nitrogen 16.Both types of vanadium nitrogen have 77-81 percent vanadium element content. The difference is that the second vanadium nitrogen has a higher nitrogen content of sulfur and carbon than the first vanadium nitrogen. The phosphorus content of the first type is a little higher than that of the second.

2.Vanadium nitrogen has two crystal structures: one is V3N, hexagonal crystal structure, with extremely high hardness, microhardness of about 1900HV, melting point is unmeasurable, and the other is VN, density of 6.13, relative molecular weight of 64.95. Face-centered cubic crystal structure, microhardness is about 1520HV, melting point is 2360 degrees. All of them have high abrasion resistance. Our company is mainly VN structured.,

3.Vanadium nitrogen alloy is a blank made of vanadium pentoxide, toner, active agent and other raw materials, under the protection of atmospheric pressure and nitrogen atmosphere, under the high temperature of 1500~1800 °C, the reaction to form vanadium nitrogen alloy.
