1.Based on the thermodynamic calculation results, the oxidation behavior of vanadium in molten iron and the valence state of vanadium and iron in vanadium slag were theoretically analyzed, vanadium slag was prepared by simulating the oxidation reaction of vanadium in molten iron, the molecular composition of vanadium iron spinel was analyzed by X-ray diffraction, and the influence of FeO on the formation of vanadium iron spinel was studied. The results show that vanadium in molten iron is mainly oxidized to V~(3+), and a small part is oxidized to V~(2+), and the iron in vanadium slag has two forms: Fe~(2+) and Fe~(3+). When the molar amount of oxidant (FeO) in the primary slag is X2 compared to the molar amount of V in the molten iron, the ferro vanadium spinel in the vanadium slag exists in the form of FeV_2O_4. When 2X3, vanadium iron spinel exists in FeV_2O_4 and Fe_2VO_4 forms; When X3, vanadium iron spinel exists in the form of Fe_2VO_4.
