Titanium wire introduction
Titanium wire is a metal wire made of titanium metal, usually made of pure titanium or titanium alloy. The element occurs within a number of minerals, principally rutile, and ilmenite, which are widely distributed in the Earth's crust and lithosphere.

application of titanium material
Titanium materials are used in the chemical and petrochemical industries, including electrolyzers (electrodes), reactors, concentrators, separators, heat exchangers, coolers, absorption towers, connecting piping, accessories (flanges, bolts, nuts), and washers, pumps, valves, etc. The largest amount of titanium used in the chemical industry is chlor-alkali manufacturing, accounting for 50% of the total titanium use, followed by soda ash accounting for 20%.
Titanium has the inherent ability to osseointegrate, enabling use in dental implants that can last for over 30 years. This property is also useful for orthopedic implant applications. These benefit from titanium's lower modulus of elasticity (Young's modulus) to more closely match that of the bone that such devices are intended to repair.
