Description of alloy cored wire
Alloy cored wire is made by crushing various additives to be added to molten steel or molten iron into a certain particle size and then using cold-rolled low-carbon steel strips to form a composite material with any length.
According to the different alloy powder wrapped in the strip steel strip, alloy cored wire can be divided into: calcium silicon alloy cored wire, calcium silicon barium wire, carbon wire, aluminum calcium wire, calcium iron wire, pure calcium wire, etc.

Application of the alloy cored wire
Alloy cored wire is widely used in casting. It can effectively add smelting materials to molten steel or iron during steelmaking or casting. The alloy cored wire can be inserted into the ideal position through professional wire-feeding equipment. When the alloy cored wire skin melts, the wire core can be fully dissolved and chemically reacted at the ideal position, effectively avoiding reaction with air and slag, which increases the absorption rate of the smelting material. Alloy cored wire is widely used as a deoxidizer, desulfurizer, and alloy additive. It can change the shape of inclusions in molten steel and effectively improve the quality of steelmaking and casting products.
