Manufacture of CaFe Cored Wire
The manufacturing process of calcium-iron cored wire generally includes the following steps:
1. Powder preparation: Calcium-iron alloy powder is prepared in a certain proportion and dried.
2. Coating: Use special equipment to coat the calcium-iron alloy powder in a metal skin (usually steel strip) to form a continuous core wire.
3. Moulding: Through drawing and shaping process, the core wire is made to reach the required diameter and length requirements.
