Ferro-titanium cored wire knowledge
Ferro-titanium cored wire is a composite material made of ferro-titanium alloy broken into a certain size and then rolled with a cold-rolled low-carbon steel strip. Mainly used for steelmaking and casting.
Features and uses:
* Ferrotitanium cored wire is a strong oxidant, and its deoxidizing ability is much higher than that of silicon and manganese.
*FeTitanium core-coated wire is fed into the steel, and the reaction is stable and uniform, avoiding secondary oxidation and allowing inclusions to rise quickly.
* Effectively control the composition of molten steel and stabilize the alloy elements in the steel.
* Reduce alloy consumption, reduce production costs, greatly increase alloy recovery rate, increase steel strength, corrosion resistance, and stability, and improve cast iron properties.
