The electrolytic manganese used as raw material includes national standard first-grade electrolytic manganese flakes, second-grade electrolytic manganese flakes, secondary manganese flakes, and granular electrolytic manganese. The electric furnace may include a high-frequency furnace, medium-frequency furnace, industrial-frequency furnace, DC arc furnace, self-consumable electrode arc furnace, graphite electrode arc furnace, or plasma furnace. This process offers advantages such as a short production cycle, a simple procedure, and low production costs.
