With the increase of material temperature and insulation time, the carbon content in ferromanganese metallization increases with the increase of iron content, and decreases with the increase of manganese content, but the manganese content is negatively correlated with the iron content. Since iron is easier to carburize than manganese, material temperature, insulation time and manganese-iron ratio of the material are the main factors affecting the carburization of ferromanganese metallization.
