Products Description
Ferroalloy slag is a substance with potential hydraulic and volcanic ash activity, which can be prepared into high-strength cementitious materials after physical and chemical excitation. Due to its rich content of Al2O3, after the addition of chemical stimulants, its products are not only C-S-H gels, but also a large amount of aluminite. Through a series of excitation methods, the cementitious material with the strength of ordinary Portland cement with a strength of 42.5R was prepared, and the formation process of C-S-H gel and aluminite was analyzed by X-ray diffraction and electron microscopy.

1.On the basis of the chloride system electroplating galvanized ferroalloy, a brighter and denser zinc-iron alloy coating was obtained by adding an appropriate amount of pure cerium salt. By studying the effects of different kinds of additives, pH value, plating solution composition, current density, and cerium salts on zinc-iron alloy coating, the appropriate plating solution formula and process conditions were established. The results show that BN additives are effective brighteners for chloride electroplating galvanized ferroalloy systems: adding an appropriate amount of cerium salt to the plating solution can make the coating grain fine, and its corrosion resistance is better than that of zinc coating and zinc-iron alloy coating.
