High Level Material Ferro Silicon 75

The use of multi-component synthetic slag to refine ferro silicon 75 in the medium frequency induction furnace resulted in an average removal rate of 64.5%, 73.6% and 70% of impurities such as aluminum, calcium, and carbon, respectively, which provided a useful reference for further exploring and improving the ferrosilicon refining process.

1.In view of the different reaction stages of the furnace reducing agent in the process of ferro silicon 75 smelting, the reaction and role of the reducing agent in the furnace are different. Bituminous coal has the characteristics of large specific resistance and large activity compared with blue carbon, which is conducive to the reduction of SiO_2 and the capture of SiO, and is conducive to the progress of the reaction.An industrial silicon "75 ferrosilicon" smelting submerged arc furnace smoke and dust gas high-efficiency pretreatment device, including smoke and dust rectangular inlet, concentrated volute, fixed diversion vane, concentrated diversion channel mouth, cyclone separator, cyclone separator exhaust port, cyclone separator outlet volute, rectangular elbow, exhaust outlet air riser, air outlet, ash discharge port. It also comprises the upper end plate of the concentrating volute, the lower end plate, the cyclone cone, the ash bin of the cyclone ash hopper, and the fixed guide vanes are arranged in the concentrating volute. This pretreatment device adopts a combination of inertial dust removal and cyclone dust removal. It has a high dust removal efficiency (generally more than 90%), a small pressure loss (800~900Pa), a reasonable structure and low energy consumption.
