and iron salts. Principle of alkali leaching: Use alkali to react with titanium, iron, etc. in ilmenite to generate soluble titanates and ferrates. Principle of chlorination: Use chlorine to react with titanium, iron, etc. in ilmenite to generate soluble titanium chloride and ferric chloride.

Ore dressing process: 1. Crushing: Crushing the ilmenite ore into small pieces for subsequent processing. 2. Flotation: Use a flotation machine to separate the non-magnetic minerals in the ilmenite. 3.
