The results show that the mirror body is a two-phase Si/SiC structure, the thin film is single-phase SiC, the mechanical and thermal properties of the mirror are excellent, the bonding strength of the film and the matrix is 345.5 MPa, and the surface roughness of the mirror surface reaches 1.487 nm rms after grinding.
