Products Description

1.Brown corundum, white corundum, SiC, bauxite, silicon metal powder, reactive α-Al_2O_3 powder, SiO_2 powder, spherical asphalt, kyanite, metal aluminum powder as raw materials, silica sol as the binder, the samples were dried at 110 °C× 24 h, 815 °C× 3 h and 1400 °C × 3 h after buried carbon heat treatment, with the help of XRD, SEM and other phases and microstructure analysis of the samples, the effect of kyanite on the properties of Al_2O_3-SiC-C castables was studied. The results show that after heat treatment at 1400°C ×3h, with the increase of kyanite content, the linear change rate of the sample gradually changes from microshrinkage to micro-expansion.
