The influence of ferro silicon barium and its rare earth composite alloy on the mechanical properties, casting properties and metallographic structure of lead, arsenic and tin cast iron. The correlation coefficients of the calibration curves of each element were all greater than 0.999 5; the detection limits of each element in the method were 0.000 06%~0.000 69%. According to the experimental method, the relative standard deviation (RSD, n=11) of barium, iron, calcium, manganese, chromium, aluminum, nickel, copper and phosphorus in the standard sample GSB03-1607-2003 was 0.63%~3.4%. The experimental method was used to determine barium, iron, calcium, manganese, chromium, aluminum, nickel, copper and phosphorus in the standard samples GSB03-1607-2003 and YSB14607-2001, and the measured values ​​were basically consistent with the certified values.
