Preparation method of silicon calcium
The preparation methods of silicon calcium alloy are diverse, one common method includes mixing silica powder or CaSiO3 powder with limestone powder or quicklime, then shaping it under high temperature sintering, followed by electrolysis in molten calcium chloride. Ultimately, the alloy is separated from the molten salt through vacuum smelting to obtain the silicon calcium alloy.
