High Level Material Silicon Carbide

The silicon carbide system is made by passing an electric current through a mixture of clay and coke powder. It has high hardness, strength, thermal conductivity and fire resistance, and can be used as refractory materials. The refractory material containing silicon carbide prepared by the technology of the present invention takes into account the oxidation resistance, high temperature resistance, slag permeability resistance, thermal shock resistance and easy production.
