Silicon Nitride
Silicon nitride powder is gray, white or off-white. It is a superhard material with lubricity and wear resistance. It is an atomic crystal and resistant to oxidation at high temperatures. It can also resist thermal shock. It will not break even if it is heated to more than 1000°C in air, cooled rapidly and then heated rapidly.
The main characteristics of silicon nitride performance: First, it has good corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity, heat shock resistance and wear resistance. It can be used at temperatures below 1800 degrees Celsius. Second, it has excellent endurance, very stable chemical composition and thermal conductivity.
