High Level Material Aluminum Wire

In the refining process of aluminum sedative steel LF, it is important to accurately control the acid-soluble aluminum content and oxygen content in the molten steel, and reduce the consumption of aluminum wire. In the LF wire feeding process, the aluminum wire melts in the molten steel for one-dimensional heat transfer and has accuracy. The feeding speed, the diameter of the aluminum wire and the superheat of the molten steel all have an effect on the melting process of the aluminum wire. The feeding speed and the superheat of molten steel have a great influence on the feeding depth of the aluminum wire, and the thicker aluminum wire should be selected to feed the wire at a lower feeding speed when the superheat is high.

1.The normal operating temperature of the steel core aluminum wire is up to 80°C, and it is severely corroded by salt ions in the environment. The corrosion behavior of aluminum stranded steel wire in different concentrations of NaCl solution was studied by Tafel linear extrapolation, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and accelerated corrosion test method, and the corrosion surface state and product morphology were characterized by SEM and XRD. The results show that with the increase of NaCl concentration, the self-corrosion potential of aluminum wire is negatively shifted, the polarization resistance becomes smaller, and the corrosion rate increases sharply when NaCl is 70 mg/L, which is 40 times that of 10 mg/L NaCl. The corrosion products and the galvanized layer on the surface of the steel core can inhibit the corrosion of the aluminum wire, and a large number of "pitting" and corrosion pits appear on the surface of the aluminum wire after corrosion, and the white corrosion products are mainly composed of Zn0.64Al0.36(OH)2(CO3)0.18·0.86H2O.
