Seamless Pure Calcium Cored Wire, characterized in that the cored wire is composed of an inner core calcium wire and a nano ceramic coating uniformly coated on the surface of the inner core calcium wire. The nano ceramic coating is coated with SiO2, Al2O3, and TiO2 ceramic powder as basic fillers, supplemented with some nano silica sol, nano Al2O3, and modified silicone resin. Among them, SiO2, Al2O3, and TiO2 account for 40-60%, 25-35%, and 15-25% of the total weight of the ceramic powder, respectively. The addition amounts of nano silica sol, nano Al2O3, and modified silicone resin are 20-25%, 5-10%, and 10-15% of the total weight of the ceramic powder, respectively.
Pure calcium cored wire for steelmaking, comprising an outer covering layer and a core body enclosed within the outer covering layer. The surface of the outer covering layer is provided with a vertical edge, which is perpendicular to the tangent line of the circular cross-section of the outer covering layer. The thickness of the outer covering layer is 0.75-2.0mm.

Seamless metal calcium cored wire is suitable for steelmaking, which can purify molten steel, change impurity forms, improve the castability and mechanical properties of molten steel, significantly increase calcium absorption rate, reduce steelmaking costs, and achieve significant economic benefits.
1. The conventional metal calcium wire in appearance is mechanically pressed with buckle edges. The metal calcium wire currently used is seamless and has the appearance of a seamless steel pipe.
2. In terms of internal structure, the outer skin of conventional calcium wire is wrapped in ordinary carbon steel. The content of metal calcium wire is about 80%, and there are gaps inside after wrapping. Seamless calcium wire coverage is made of paper carbon steel 08Al, with a carbon content of ≤ 0.05% and a metal calcium wire content of 98% (without gaps).
