Seamless pure calcium cored wire consists of an inner pure calcium core and an outer metal coating. The inner core layer is high-purity calcium metal, and the outer layer is seamlessly coated with a specific metal material (such as aluminum steel strip) to ensure the stability and integrity of the core metal calcium. This structure enables seamless pure calcium cored wire to play a more effective role in the steelmaking process.

The purity of the internal pure calcium core is as high as 97%, ensuring the consistency and stability of the calcium treatment effect. The special process is used for seamless coating, avoiding the gaps caused by mechanical coating, and effectively preventing the product from being oxidized and ineffective by air. Due to the use of seamless coating and bottom feeding technology, the calcium wire can completely reach the bottom of the ladle and melt quickly, greatly improving the calcium recovery rate. Spheroidization helps to form spheroidal graphite and improve the strength and toughness of cast iron.
