Electrolytic manganese flake production process
The production process of electrolytic manganese: one is to use manganese carbonate ore as raw material, and directly use sulfuric acid and manganese carbonate to react to produce manganese sulfate solution; the other is to use manganese dioxide as raw material to produce electrolytic manganese. At present, manganese carbonate ore is used as raw material to produce electrolytic manganese.
Electrolytic manganese metal is a hydrometallurgical product of manganese, which adopts the production process of "leaching-purification-electrolysis". It mainly uses manganese carbonate powder to react with inorganic acid to obtain manganese salt solution, adds ammonium salt as buffer, removes iron by oxidation and neutralization with oxidant, and removes heavy metals by adding sulfidizer. After "sedimentation-filtration-deep purification-filtration", a pure manganese sulfate solution is obtained. After adding additives, it enters the electrolytic cell as an electrolyte to electrolyze the single metal to produce metallic manganese.
