Products Description
The ferro manganese blast furnace waste slag was ground into different particle sizes, replaced 30% of cement, and then different types of chemical activators were added to make cement mortar specimens, and the strength of the specimens was tested. The chemical activator can activate the activity of the waste slag and improve the strength of the specimen. The waste slag is selective for the chemical activator, the organic activator (S) has a better activating effect on manganese slag, and the composite activator (FAA) has a significant activating effect on flue gas ash.

1. Ferro manganese slag glass-ceramics and its preparation method. It is made of ferromanganese slag (30-50%), waste glass (10-30%), powder compound (20-40%), raw material crushing, batching, mixing, melting, molding, annealing, nucleation crystallization, and cold processing. The main components of the product are: SiO2 (50-57%), Fe2O3 (0.1-1.0%), Al2O3 (3-5%), CaO (20-26%), MgO (8-11%), MnO2 (3.2-5.0%), Na2O (4-7%). It makes full use of industrial waste and effectively reduces the cost of raw materials. The product has high mechanical strength, high hardness, good corrosion resistance, wear resistance and other excellent properties. The product can be made into various pipes and plates, which can be widely used in wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials or building decoration materials in construction.
