75% Fe Silicon is widely used in steelmaking and casting. During the steelmaking process, steel needs to be oxygenated to achieve the desired high-temperature environment. Excessive oxygenation later on can easily lead to more oxides in the steel, affecting its quality. At the same time, 75% Iron Silicon Alloy can effectively promote the fluidity of steel, improve absorption rates, reduce production costs, and increase steel mill profits.

Ferrosilicon 75 can also be used as a substitute for inoculants in casting, enhancing formation and increasing the number of eutectic nodules. Adding 75% Iron Silicon in the production of ductile iron can effectively prevent the formation of carbides in iron, promote the precipitation and nodulization of graphite, effectively improve the fluidity of iron, prevent clogging of the iron outlet, and reduce the tendency of castings to form white cast iron.
