High Level Material Ferro Phosphorus

The preparation process of fine ferro phosphorus powder, and the temperature and pressure experiment of domestic iron powder with fine phosphorus iron powder was carried out, and it was found that the corrosion ball milling method can effectively refine the phosphorus iron content, and the particle size after ball milling for 36 hours can reach 11μm, and the Wuhan iron and steel powder with fine phosphorus iron powder can be used to improve the green density in the binder-free temperature pressing process. The addition of fine phosphorus iron powder may effectively promote the sintering densification process than crude phosphorus iron powder, and the pores are more fine and smooth.

1.The diamond tool of high-iron base carcass was prepared by powder metallurgy method. The hardness, density, impact toughness and other properties of the material were tested to investigate the effect of the addition of ferro phosphorus on the performance of the high-iron base carcass. X-ray diffraction and metallographic diagram revealed the effect of ferrophosphorus on the microstructure of the carcass. With the increase of P-Fe content, the relative density of the carcass increases, and the hardness of the carcass almost rises in a straight line, the hardness of the carcass containing 3% ferrophosphorus is HRB97, while the hardness of the carcass containing 15% ferrophosphorus reaches HRB113. The increase in brittleness is beneficial for improving the cutting performance of the carcass. The SEM observation results show that with the increase of P-Fe addition, the fracture of the carcass is a transition from brittle fracture to brittle fracture.
