PSF is a copolymer of ferrosilicon 72 reaction, rather than a simple raw material compound. PSF with different Si/Fe ratios has different ferrosilicon bonding speeds, bonding methods and bonding stability, low Si/Fe ratios mainly generate species complexed with Si-O-Fe-O-O-O-Si bonds, while high Si/Fe ratios mainly generate species complexed with Si-O-Fe-O-Si-O-Si bonds, the formation rate of Fe-O-Fe bonds is fast and may promote each other with the formation of Si-O-Fe bonds, and Si-O-Si bonds (silicic acid polymerization) The formation speed is slow and the formation of Si-O-Fe bonds may hinder each other, and the stability of Fe-O-Fe bonds is worse than that of Si-O-Fe or Si-O-Si bonds. The analysis of different bonding modes of ferrosilicon in PSF provides a theoretical basis for the synthesis of high-performance and high-stability ferric silicate coagulants and the control of dominant morphology.

1.The flux crucible was prepared by lithium tetraborate wall-mounted, the dispersant dissolved and dispersed the ferrosilicon alloy sample, the excess water was evaporated and the mixed flux [m(Li2B4O7):m(LiBO2)=67:33] was added to melt the sample, and the Si, Fe, Mn, Al, Ca and other elements in the ferrosilicon 72 alloy were determined simultaneously by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. This method effectively avoids the corrosion problem of platinum crucible during the melting process of ferrosilicon, and can prepare ferrosilicon alloy glass discs suitable for fluorescence analysis, and realizes the rapid and accurate analysis of major elements and trace elements in ferrosilicon. This method was used to analyze the standard samples of ferrosilicon, and the measured values were consistent with the identified values, and the relative standard deviations of the major and minor elements could meet the needs of the determination of ferrosilicon.
