1.A production method for smelting ferro silicon zirconium alloy in an intermediate frequency furnace, adding zirconium mud to sodium silicate solution, pressing zirconium mud blocks, using ferrosilicon powder, fluorite powder and zirconium mud blocks as smelting raw materials, putting them into the crucible molten pool of intermediate frequency induction furnace, heating up the intermediate frequency induction furnace to 1400 °C ~ 1550 °C, completely melting the material, after the material is completely melted, power failure casting, cooling to room temperature ingot, finishing, and obtaining zirconium ferrosilicon alloy. The advantages are: the process is simple, reliable, easy to operate, using zirconium mud as raw material, low cost, making full use of waste zirconium resources, and economical, energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
