5.The use of ferro silicon aluminum for deoxidation has been proved to have good effect through practical application. Compared with the use of aluminum deoxidation, not only the yield of aluminum is high, the amount of residual aluminum is easy to control, and the form of inclusions is also improved. After the use of silicon-aluminum alloy, the element yield is high, mainly because the specific gravity of the alloy increases, the specific gravity of aluminum is 2.7g/cm3, the specific gravity of ferrosilicon aluminum (FeAl30Si20) is 3.5-4.2g/cm3, and the specific gravity of steelmaking final slag is generally 2.8-3.2g/cm3, so the alloy will sink below the slag surface after being added, which effectively controls the oxygen reaction between aluminum and air and slag.
