Ferro Titanium 70 features
1. High Titanium Content: the titanium content in Titanium Iron 70 is about 70%, which makes it effective in providing the required titanium element in steel production.
2. Enhanced steel properties: titanium as an alloying element can refine the grain structure in steel, prevent grain growth, and improve the steel's strength, toughness and wear resistance.

4. Reduces nitrogen content: Titanium can form stable nitrides and carbides with nitrogen and carbon in steel, thus reducing the free content of these elements in steel, preventing brittleness and excessive hardness, and enhancing the plasticity of steel.

Ferro Titanium application
1. Steel industry:
- Stainless steel and high-strength low alloy steel: TiFe70 is commonly used in the manufacture of stainless steel and high-strength low alloy steel, the addition of titanium can improve the strength, toughness and corrosion resistance of steel.
- Mild and ultra-low carbon steels: Ferro Titanium 70 is used in the production of mild and ultra-low carbon steels. Titanium can form stable titanium carbide with carbon in the steel, preventing carbide precipitation in the steel, and improving the weldability and resistance to embrittlement of the steel.
- Heat-resistant steels: Titanium's heat resistance makes it widely used in the production of high-temperature, oxidation-resistant steels, such as those used in turbines, boilers, and other structural materials used in high-temperature environments.
2. FOUNDRY INDUSTRY: Titanium-iron 70 can be used to produce high-toughness, abrasion-resistant cast iron parts, especially when there is a need to improve the casting's resistance to cracking and corrosion.
3. Aerospace industry: Titanium-containing steels and alloys are widely used in the manufacture of aerospace vehicles, which can significantly reduce weight and enhance high temperature and fatigue resistance.
4. Offshore Engineering: Due to the corrosion-resistant properties of titanium, titanium-iron 70 alloy steels are widely used in offshore engineering equipment, shipbuilding and the construction of offshore oil platforms.
