High Level Metal Ferro Titanium 40

In this paper, ultrasonic electrochemical coupling technology was used to explore the degradation of phenol-containing wastewater by ultrasonic combined with ferro titanium 40 double anode electrolysis system, which integrates ultrasonic cavitation, anodic catalytic oxidation, electro-free radical oxidation and electroflocculation to degrade phenol-containing wastewater. The effects of current density, ultrasonic power, ventilation capacity, reaction time and electrode material on the treatment effect of phenol-containing wastewater were investigated, and the degradation rate of phenol reached 96.2%.

1.A kind of ferro tanium 40 brown pigment containing germanium ore powder, its composition comprises two components A and B, wherein component A comprises: ferrotitanium brown, ochre powder, nano zinc oxide, N, N dimethylformamide, sodium silicate, diethylene glycol, phthalimide methylenequinacridone, styrene, diacetone alcohol, styrene, sodium bisulfite, methanol; Component B by weight includes: sodium isobutyl naphthalene sulfonate, 2,9 dimethylquinacridone, sodium tripolyphosphate, quinacridone quone, diethylenetriamine, antioxidant, antifoam and epoxy soybean oil. The characteristics of titanium iron palm pigments were modified by using N,N dimethylformamide, sodium bisulfite and sodium metabisulfite, which played a good dispersion role in the process of particle formation, effectively improved the tinting strength of the pigments, and had the effect of corrosion inhibition. Then, the nano-zinc oxide and phthalimide-methylenequinacridone double-layer coating not only improved the temperature resistance of the pigment, but also made it have good oxidation resistance and improved its dispersion performance in the matrix.
