75# Ferro Silicon Alloy is used as an inoculant and spheroidizing agent in the cast iron industry. Cast iron is an important metal material in modern industry. It is cheaper than steel, easy to melt and smelt has excellent casting properties, and is much better than steel in earthquake resistance.

In particular, the mechanical properties of ductile iron reach or are close to those of steel. Adding a certain amount of 75# FeSi to cast iron can prevent the formation of carbides in the iron and promote the precipitation and spheroidization of graphite. Therefore, in the production of ductile iron, 75# Ferro Silicon Granules are an important inoculant (helping to precipitate graphite) and spheroidizing agent.

75% Ferro Silicon Lumps

Ferro silicon generally contains 70% to 75% silicon, which gives Iron Silicon excellent silicide properties.

75% Ferro Silicon Alloy

Iron Silicon Alloy has low hysteresis loss, which means that it can reduce energy loss in AC electromagnetic fields.

FeSi 75%

The silicon element in Fe Silicon has good deoxidation and desulfurization capabilities.
