What are the inspection standards for ferromolybdenum?

(1) Quality inspection and acceptance of Metallurgical Ferro Molybdenum. The quality inspection and acceptance of Ferro Moly products should comply with the requirements of GB/T3650-95 "General Principles for Acceptance, Packaging, Storage, Transportation, Labeling and Quality Certificates of Ferroalloys".

(2) Molybdenum iron lump batch assembly. When products are delivered in one batch or batches agreed between the supplier and the buyer, the difference between the higher or lower molybdenum content of each batch of products and the average molybdenum content of the sample shall not exceed 3%.

(3) Sampling of molybdenum Ferro. The collection of chemical analysis samples is carried out by GB/T4010-94 "Sampling and Preparation of Ferroalloy Chemical Analysis Samples".

(4) Samples of Ferro Molibdeno can be prepared. The preparation of different samples for chemical research and analysis was carried out by GB/T4010-94 "Analysis of Iron Alloys as Chemical Problems and Sampling and Preparation of Samples".

Typical Spec for Ferro Molybdenum:

Model Mo(%) Si(%) S(%) C(%) P(%)
Fe-Mo 60% (Min) 2.00% Max 0.1% Max 0.12% Max 0.05% Max
