The mechanochemical solid phase method was used to extract silicon magnesium from serpentine. The effects of phase reaction time, calcination temperature, material ratio and activation time on the magnesium leaching rate were investigated. Crude magnesium sulfate solution and SiO2 powder were obtained, and the samples were characterized by XRD, TG-DTA, SEM, BET and other analytical detection methods. The results show that under the conditions of solid phase reaction for 60 minutes, calcination temperature of 490℃, serpentine to activator mass ratio of 1:4, and ball milling activation for 10 minutes, the magnesium leaching rate can reach 84%. The obtained SiO2 powder has a flaky structure with a large number of pores on the surface. The average particle size is about 130nm, and the maximum specific surface area can reach 256.37m2/g.
