A cast aluminum alloy of aluminum-silicon-magnesium series and a casting process, wherein the components of the aluminum alloy contain the following elements in percentage by mass: silicon 6.5-7.5%; magnesium 0.40-0.60%; titanium 0.10-0.30%; strontium 0.01-0.03%; iron ≤0.20%; copper ≤0.10%; zinc ≤0.20%; manganese ≤0.10%; beryllium ≤0.01%; vanadium ≤0.02%; the rest is aluminum. The aluminum alloy casting process comprises: charging A356.2 aluminum ingots into a furnace for smelting; then adding modified materials for refining; casting after standing for a predetermined time; then performing solid solution treatment, cooling and aging treatment in sequence, thereby overcoming the shortcomings of low strength and low elongation of aluminum-silicon series alloys, and poor casting performance and corrosion resistance of aluminum-copper series and aluminum-zinc series alloys, improving the tensile strength, toughness and casting performance of the aluminum alloy, and having low cost and good corrosion resistance.

1.A silicon-magnesium clay composite urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive filler, the filler is composed of silicate minerals, magnesium silicate minerals, sawdust powder and plant protein powder, the mass percentage of which is 5% to 35% for silicate minerals, 35% to 50% for magnesium silicate minerals, 2% to 25% for sawdust powder, and 15% to 40% for plant protein powder, and the sum of the percentages of all components is 100%. The filler is prepared by using natural mineral powders with abundant reserves, wide sources and low prices as raw materials, and by comprehensively utilizing waste generated in the process of wood processing such as sawdust, supplemented with a small amount of plant protein powder, through simple grinding and coating, to prepare a mineral composite filler that can significantly improve the initial viscosity of urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive, improve the cold pressing strength and bonding strength of plywood, and shorten the cold pressing time, thereby replacing flour, saving food and reducing production costs. The processing technology is easy to realize continuous industrial production, and there is no discharge of three wastes.
