The compressive strength of porous magnesium-containing HA increases with the increase of sintering temperature, reaching 36MPa at 1250°C. When the sintering temperature is constant, with the increase of sintering time, its compressive strength increases first and then decreases. The main phase of the sintered body after adding pure magnesium powder is still the HA phase, and the grain size of the porous magnesium-containing HA is obviously refined, which is at the submicron level. The addition of magnesium not only preserves the biological activity of porous materials under experimental conditions, but also overcomes the shortcomings of grain growth during the high-temperature sintering process of pure HA.

1.Pure magnesium powder (Mg) and ammonium chloride powder (NH4Cl) were used as double auxiliary additives, and aluminium powder and nitrogen were used as reactants, and low-cost aluminium nitride powder samples could be prepared by direct nitriding method. The phase analysis and morphology observation were carried out by XRD and SEM, respectively, and the dual auxiliary nitriding effect of Mg and NH4Cl was analysed. Mg and NH4Cl are two low-residue additives, which can effectively prevent the melting and agglomeration of aluminium powder during the nitriding process, and the reaction product obtained is a fluffy porous aluminium nitride powder containing a very small amount of residual aluminium components, and its surface is stacked with AlN whiskers. Then, the residual aluminium powder that is not completely reacted is removed by the pickling process, and the reaction product after pickling is AlN powder with high purity, fine particles and uniform particle size.
