Continuous furnace method silicon carbide process flow

Better environmental protection (centralized waste gas treatment). Disadvantages: large equipment investment (precision temperature control system is required). Strict requirements on raw material particle size and ratio. Application: industrial production of high-purity abrasives, structural ceramics, etc.
