High Level Material Silicon Metal 441

The experiment of smelting chemical-grade silicon metal with coal instead of charcoal was studied, and the chemical-grade silicon metal was obtained under the same conditions and without charcoal at all, and the furnace condition was normal, the output was stable, and the quality reached the chemical grade 1. The test results show that it is completely feasible to smelt chemical-grade silicon metal by replacing coal with carbon, which provides a technical guarantee for reducing the consumption of national forest resources, saving energy and reducing consumption and increasing profits for enterprises.The direct current arc discharge method was used to study the embedded metal fullerenes to explore the existence of fullerenes of metal silicides and fullerenes of silicides. Evidence of fullerenes with structures such as SiC69, YSi2C64, YSi2C78 and Y3Si2C78 by high-performance liquid chromatography and further analysis of the products by flight mass spectrometry, as well as evidence of fullerenes with structures similar to (Y2C2) @C82 Y2Si2C90.
