Including the following steps:

Step 1: Before releasing the silicon melt, continuously introduce refining gas into the lifting bag, then release the silicon melt from the ore heating furnace into the lifting bag, and at the same time, perform initial heating and insulation on the silicon water inside the lifting bag;

Step 2: After the initial temperature rise, add refining agent to the ladle for external blowing and slag refining;

Step 3: Reheat and insulate the remaining silicon water inside the lifting bag;

Step 4: After the temperature is raised again, adjust the flow of refining gas, add refining agent to the lifting ladle, and carry out gas blowing and slag refining outside the furnace;

Step 5: After refining outside the furnace, separate the slag and silicon, and then pour to obtain high-purity 3303 metallic silicon.

Beneficial effects

The method for refining and purifying silicon metal outside the furnace, which has the following beneficial effects:

1. By conducting secondary heating and adjusting the amount of refining gas introduced, silicon water can be purified multiple times to improve the purity of the silicon body.

2. Fully utilize the inherent heat of silicon melt to save energy consumption.

3. The material is simple to obtain, does not pollute the environment, and has low environmental pressure. It can achieve clean production and meets the requirements of green metallurgy.

Before releasing the silicon melt, continuously introduce refining gas into the lifting bag. The refining gas is a mixture of air, oxygen, oxygen rich air, h2o, h2, ar, and n2, and the flow rate of the refining gas is 10m/h. Then, release the silicon melt from the ore heating furnace into the lifting bag, and heat and insulate the silicon water inside the lifting bag. The heating method is microwave heating, with a controlled temperature of 1500 ℃;

 

After the initial heating, a refining agent is added to the ladle, which is a mixture of SiO2, Cao, Al2O3, MgO, NaO, caf2, Bao, Li2O, and LiF, for external blowing and slag refining. As the amount of silicon melt in the ladle increases, the flow rate of the refining gas is adjusted to 30m/h, and then a refining agent is added to the ladle for external blowing and slag refining;

After the refining outside the furnace is completed, the slag and silicon are separated and then poured to obtain high-purity silicon metal 3303.
