The effects of metallurgical silicon slag dosage, firing temperature, holding time and forming pressure on the properties of porous ceramics were obtained, and the optimal process conditions were as follows: metallurgical silicon slag dosage 70%, firing temperature 1 250 °C, holding time 50 min, forming pressure 20 MPa.

1.In the method of producing sodium fluoride and sodium silicate by using fluorine-containing silicon slag, the silica slag containing silica and fluorosilicic acid is first added to the sodium carbonate solution for reaction to generate a mixture of sodium fluoride crystal and silicon dioxide. The filter cake separated from the solid-liquid is then added to the caustic soda solution to form a mixed slurry of sodium fluoride crystals and sodium silicate, and the crude sodium fluoride and liquid sodium silicate are obtained by solid-liquid separation. The liquid sodium silicate is concentrated and re-filtered to remove the precipitated sodium fluoride impurities to obtain the liquid sodium silicate product with the required modulus and concentration. Crude sodium fluoride is washed and refined by dilute caustic soda solution to remove sodium silicate impurities, and then sodium hydroxide attachment remaining on sodium fluoride is neutralized with hydrofluoric acid to generate sodium fluoride. The refined wet sodium fluoride is dried to obtain a sodium fluoride product with a purity greater than 98%. The technology is mature, the product quality is good, the cost is low, there is no waste water and waste residue, and the solid waste containing fluorine-containing silica slag can be completely converted into sodium fluoride and sodium silicate products.
