Silicon Calcium Barium Aluminum, an alloy containing silicon and barium, is a superior deoxidizer and desulfurizer among barium-based alloys. It can minimize oxygen content in steel while facilitating the formation of complex oxides containing calcium, barium, silicon, and aluminum that readily rise to the surface of the molten steel, purifying the liquid steel and enhancing its impact toughness and machinability.

Anti-recession ability
Strong resistance to recession, with a recession resistance time twice that of 75 silicon, and the addition of barium silicon inoculant agent is less than half of that of 75 silicon iron inoculant, while preventing associated spheroidal recession. It has good effects in a short time after inoculation treatment (about 5 - 8 minutes).
