High Level Material Calcined Petroleum Coke

In the process of calcining petroleum coke in rotary kilns, a large amount of high-temperature flue gas and serious dust are the main mycoxins that pollute the environment. The more mature cleaner production technology is the use of waste heat recovery steam and bag dust removal technology. 1.In order to study the effects of high conductivity toner addition, sintering temperature and sintering time on the resistivity of calcined petroleum coke, and then optimize its resistivity, the secondary graphitization treatment of calcined petroleum coke was carried out by electrochemical oxidation of ammonium nitrate solution. High conductivity calcined petroleum coke was prepared by adding high conductivity toner and reasonably controlling the sintering temperature and sintering time. The results show that from the comprehensive analysis of economy and modification effect, it is advisable to sinter under the conditions of high conductivity toner mass fraction of 20%, sintering temperature of 850°C and sintering time of 90~100 min. The graphitization method of calcined petroleum coke is simple and low-cost, and can significantly improve the conductivity.
