A: Calcium carbide reacts with water to produce flammable acetylene gas, so careful handling is crucial. Storing and using it should follow safety protocols, keeping away from ignition sources and heat. Additionally, due to the flammable and explosive nature of acetylene gas, appropriate safety measures should be observed during usage.

A: Our calcium carbide factory is situated in Anyang, in close proximity to the source of carbide raw materials. Spanning across an area of 300000 square meters, our facility boasts a monthly production capacity of 6000 tons.

Q: How can you guarantee the quality?
A: We ensure product quality through several measures. During the carbide processing, we conduct multiple sampling tests to ensure products yield good gas output. Regular air pressure tests are performed on drums to ensure tight and safe sealing. Different sizes are stored separately to prevent mixing. Prior to loading, we conduct another sampling test to ensure the loaded goods have accurate weight, sizes, gas output, and quantity. Our carbide production adheres to the Chinese National Standard: GB10665-2004.
