Products Description
Carbide slag can directly react with ammonium chloride. When pH is 7, the purity of the synthesized calcium carbide is greater than 97% and the whiteness is greater than 98. After the carbide slag is treated, spherical, plate-shaped, and needle-shaped calcium carbonate can be obtained under different carbonization reaction temperatures and appropriate CO2 flow conditions.

1. Calcium carbide slag is an industrial waste residue produced by hydrolyzing carbide to obtain acetylene gas. Its physical and chemical properties can be analyzed and characterized by modern testing methods such as SEM, XRD and DSC/TG. The results show that carbide slag is composed of some very fine particles, and its chemical composition is mainly CaO, followed by Al2O3, SiO2, etc. The trace elements in carbide slag do not exceed the emission standards, and the radioactivity meets the technical requirements of the main building materials. Carbide slag is mainly Ca(OH)2 crystalline phase, and contains a small amount of CaCO3.
