With the increase of sodium, calcium and vanadium content in calcined petroleum coke, the porosity increases, and its air and CO2 reactivity intensifies. With the increase of the lattice constant of calcined petroleum coke, its structure becomes denser and its CO2 reaction loss decreases. The results of this paper provide a basis for studying the reactivity of prebaked anodes.

1.In order to realize the efficient recovery and utilization of waste heat in the process of calcined petroleum coke in the discharge process, the influence of parameter changes such as the equivalent discharge velocity, the type of heat exchanger tube, and the equivalent inlet flow rate of heat exchanger on the waste heat recovery performance of calcined petroleum coke was studied by using a self-built high-temperature calcined petroleum coke waste heat recovery test system. The waste heat recovery heat exchanger can not only realize the efficient recovery of the waste heat after calcining, with an average waste heat recovery efficiency of 78.9%, but also realize the uniform cooling of the calcined coke with a temperature inhomogeneity coefficient of only 0.0757. With the increase of the calcined coke equivalent discharge rate, the heat transfer coefficients of the internal heat exchanger and the external heat exchanger increased gradually, and the waste heat recovery efficiency increased first and then decreased. Compared with the plain tube heat exchanger, the heat exchange performance of the finned heat exchanger is significantly improved, the waste heat recovery efficiency is increased by 7.4%, and the temperature inhomogeneity coefficient of calcined coke at the outlet of the heat exchanger is reduced by 32.6%. With the increase of the equivalent inlet flow velocity, the heat transfer coefficients of both the external heat exchanger and the internal heat exchanger gradually increase.
