The main components of ferrosilicon powder are silicon and iron, and their content varies depending on the product specifications. Generally speaking, the silicon content in ferrosilicon powder is relatively high, which can be as low as below 12% (low-silicon ferrosilicon powder) or as high as above 15% (high-silicon ferrosilicon powder). The production process of ferrosilicon powder includes raw material preparation, electric furnace smelting, grinding and other steps.
