Granular ferro-silicon nitride is mainly used in steel grades that utilize nitrides to enhance strength (such as HRB400 steel bars). It effectively reduces the usage of vanadium-nitrogen alloy, produces excellent microalloying effects, lowers costs, and increases efficiency.
